Target! Some Really Good Deals This Week!

I hope everyone is getting several Sunday papers each week! Target has a ton of stuff on clearance right now, I was able to get several really nice and thick bath towels that were originally priced at $9.99 each for just $1.98 each! Okay, here are a few of my favorites for this week. I just went yesterday so I know these deals are good. I know the Target links are huge but I am having computer issues and I was afraid if I waited to post the links, the deals would be over.....hang in there folks, I am working on it!

Sobe Water-You can now get a diet version that has zero calories. I am not a big fan of plain water, so I really love the zero calorie version in alot of good flavors. These are on sale for $1 each this week. You can print one of the buy one, get one manufaturers coupons and two of the 50 cent off of one Target coupons. Remember, you can use target AND manufacturer coupons on the same item....this is in the Target store policy. So by using the coupons mentioned, you can get two bottles of Sobe water for free! Here are the links:

Dove now has a new mens line of soaps. Currently, Target is showcasing this new line and is has a four pack of bars with a small bottle of bodywash on sale for $3.99 each. This soap boasts that it is less drying than most mens soaps so why not give it a try. You can clip the $1.75 off one coupon out of this Sunday's paper and also print the $1 off Target printable. You can use these together and only pay $1.24 for the new men's dove!

Moving right along, there is a new bagged candy out. It is made by Hershey's and is called pieces, but is not just Reese's Pieces...they have Almond Joy, York, and a few others. These are on sale this week at Target for $2.54/bag. But, you can clip the $1 off coupon out of the sunday paper and go to the Target coupon link above and print another $1 off Target coupon so you are only paying $.54/ bag!

This one is not quite as good...but still good enough for me! Target is running a deal this week where if you buy any two Tostitos chips, you get a free jar of dip/salsa. I discovered that at the Target coupon link above, there is a $1 off any TWO bags of Tostitos chips coupon. I also found a $1 coupon from a Sunday paper from alooong time ago, so we will assume that most of you are not pack rats like me and don't have the Sunday coupon. Without the Sunday coupon and only using the Target coupon, you will be able to get two bags of Tostitos (these are the big bags and you can choose between regular and scoops etc) and a jar of dip/salsa for only $4. Not too bad.

Finally, there was a release of some new toy and game coupons this morning. Remember that to be a good saver you have to think outside the box. So instead of just looking at what you could save on the games, you need to look at what you could save if you got the travel version as well. There is a $5 off any Pictureka game coupon on the link. The travel version of this game can be found at Target and Walmart for $5.99. So you could get this game for only $.99! There are a few other game coupons on the link that would enable you to score travel versions at anywhere from $.99-$1.99 per game. These would be great in Easter baskets, as a small Valentine gift, or even for stocking stuffers for next Christmas. Don't forget, to really save on Christmas...and it is possible to save a ton without skimping on gifts, you need to keep your eye on alert for deals all year long. I did this for this last Christmas and had a designated area that I would put the gifts i picked up in. When Dec arrived, I was AMAZED at the amount of stuff I already had!

Here is the link for the games a some toys:

So lets look at our one trip to Target, shall we? Provided we just get what is listed on this page, most of the item are already on sale this week with out coupons, here is what we would get and spend:
2 - Bottles of Sobe Water
4 - Bars of men's Dove Soap
1 - Bottle of men's Dove Body Wash
2 - Bags of Tostitos Chips
1- Jar of Tostitos Dip/Salsa
1 - Bag of Hershey's Pieces Candy
1 - Pictureka Travel Game

At sale prices you would spend = $18.52   With our coupons, we will pay = $6.77!

Please keep in mind, the more Sunday papers you get, the more deals you get! I always get two papers which would get me twice as much on alot of these deals. For instance, just getting one more paper I could get 4 more bars of Dove, 1 more body wash, and one more bag of candy for just an extra $1.78!

Happy shopping!
